Patson is a niche property development company, with a focus on the prime urban core locations of San Francisco, Walnut Creek, and the northern San Francisco Peninsula. Much of their product is ground up development and refurbishment and their team has built an impressive track record in this area. They also provide property management, asset management, and investment advisory services. They take on just a few exceptional projects at any one time. Transit oriented locations have always been of particular interest. Patson was founded in 1984 by Ian Paget and David Harrison, both of whom remain active in the business today, taking a personal role in each project. Their charge is to do the best deals they can for their investors and partners. They do that by conducting their business to the highest standards and treating all parties with integrity, whether they be buyers, sellers, tenants, government agencies, lenders, investors, etc.
