Tokola Properties was founded in Portland, Oregon by renowned engineer Al Tokola in 1971, the company originally operated as an engineering and heavy construction firm focused on large scale engineering/construction projects around the globe. Currently, Tokola Properties' corporate office is located in Gresham, Oregon.
