I recently attended a yoga retreat and had the pleasure of experiencing the teachings of Integral Yoga Institute. The retreat was everything I had hoped for and more. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and created a supportive and nurturing environment for all participants. I left feeling rejuvenated and inspired. I can't wait to return for more workshops and classes!
