DAY FIVE WITHOUT GAS........ HOW MUCH LONGER?
Day five without gas, despite being on telemetry system which is meant to initiate an order when we are down to 25%. Only managed to contact them on phone twice out of six attempts. Thrice I have been told they will contact me - hasn't happened. Have sent one email and filled their complaint form in three times. Over £900 in credit but no fuel. Disgraceful robbing company. I am only one year into this contract but I will be changing companies immediately I get gas. They will NOT be getting any short contract payments from me as I consider them to have already broken their contract. Indeed I will charge them at my usual hourly rate for my total of five hours on hold.
DO NOT USE THESE INCOMPETENT IDIOTS.
