As a customer, I found the level of service from the company to be average. Although the website is easy to navigate and provides some useful information about their services, I was hoping for more detailed insights and case studies. The communication with the team was professional, but at times I felt like there could have been more proactive updates on the progress of our project. The expertise of the consultants was evident, but I believe they could benefit from improving the transparency of their processes. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of providing a more comprehensive overview of their capabilities and keeping clients more informed throughout the engagement.
