I have mixed feelings about The Mentholatum Co., Inc. On one hand, their products are of good quality and they offer a decent variety. However, I have noticed some inconsistencies in their customer service. Sometimes it's great, but other times it's lacking. Overall, I would still recommend their products, but they should work on improving their customer service.
