As a customer, I found the craftsmanship of the curtains to be satisfactory. The choice of fabrics and designs offered by the company was quite limited, and I wish there were more options to choose from. The staff was helpful and polite, although the overall turnaround time for the custom curtains was longer than anticipated. While the quality of the final product was decent, I felt that the pricing was on the higher side considering the available options. The installation service was efficient, and the curtains fit perfectly. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of expanding the fabric choices and enhancing the value for money.
