I recently had my home retrofitted by this company. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional, completing the work within the scheduled time frame. The pricing was reasonable, and I appreciate the effort they put into ensuring the safety and stability of my home. However, the communication could have been improved. It took a bit of effort to get updates on the progress, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the work was satisfactory, but I hope they can enhance their communication with customers in the future. 🙂
