I've been attending classes at EHS Pilates for a few months now and I have to say, I'm impressed. The instructors are top-notch and really know their stuff. The studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained. The equipment is modern and in great condition. The classes are challenging but in a good way, and I always feel a sense of accomplishment afterward. EHS Pilates has definitely helped me improve my strength and flexibility!
