I recently worked with this company for a project, and while I found their website to be visually appealing and easy to navigate, my experience with their customer service was somewhat lacking. The initial communication was good, and the team seemed knowledgeable, but there were some delays in getting responses to my questions and concerns. Additionally, I felt that the final deliverables did not quite meet the standard I was expecting based on their portfolio. Overall, I would say they provide an average service, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and delivering on promises.
