I've been a customer of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) of Africa for several years, and overall, I have had a positive experience with them. Their customer service is excellent, and the representatives are always friendly and helpful. However, I feel that their claim settlement process could be improved to be more efficient.
