I recently switched to this bank in hopes of finding better customer service, but unfortunately, my experience has been just average. The website is easy to navigate, and I appreciate the variety of services offered, but I've had some issues with communication and responsiveness from the customer support team. The mobile app is functional, but it could use some improvements in terms of user experience. The in-branch staff are friendly, but there have been some inconsistencies in the accuracy of information provided. Overall, my experience with the bank has been average - not terrible, but not exceptional either. I hope to see some improvements in the future to make the customer experience more seamless and reliable.
