Baton Rouge, La'daki East Baton Rouge Parish Hapishanesinde çalışıyordum ve bu şimdiye kadarki en kötü deneyimdi !!! Yönetim korkunç ve kimseyi tutamıyorlar !!! Ben bir LPN'im ve başka bir hemşire beni lanetledi ve benimle kavga çıkarmaya çalıştı (evet bir hapishanede) ve hemen onu ihbar ettim ve ikimizi de kovdular. Diğer iş arkadaşlarımdan bazıları, böyle bir durum için protokole uyduğumu ve beni de kovduklarını söylediler ama yine de çevreden nefret ettiğim için yakında oradan ayrılacağımı ve Medikal'de çalışan herkesin profesyonelce geçtiğini söylediler. Mahkumlardan daha kötü davranıyorlar. Kendi güvenliğinizden bahsetmeye bile gerek yok smh. Milletvekilleri mahkumlardan çok korkuyor, bu yüzden sizi koruyamayacakları çok açık !!! Gürcistan'daki insan kaynakları departmanı, durumuma bakmaya çalışmadıkları için daha az umursayabilirdi. Kimin suçu olursa olsun senden kurtulmaya hazırdılar !!!
