I recently ordered a custom pet portrait, and while the idea was appealing, the final product didn't meet my expectations. The colors seemed off, and the likeness to my pet wasn't quite there. Communication with customer service was also a bit slow, leaving me feeling uncertain about my order. I appreciate the creativity, but I think there's room for improvement. 😕
