As a customer, my experience with the company left much to be desired. While the website was user-friendly and contained helpful information, the overall service was just average. The lack of responsiveness from the team and the limited range of services offered were disappointing. It seemed like there was a disconnect between what was advertised and what was actually provided. The company needs to work on improving the level of communication and expanding their offerings to better cater to the diverse needs of their clients. Overall, I found my interactions with the company to be satisfactory at best, but there is certainly room for improvement in order to meet the expectations of their customers.
