Korkunç!!!!!!!!! Bir hasta olarak tek endişelenmek istediğim semptomlarımı açıklamak ve size sigorta bilgilerimi vermek. Faturalama sorumluluklarını anlamaya çalışırken beni oraya aldılar. Ben bir hastayım, faturalandırmayı anlayan tıbbi kodlayıcı değil. Asla bir hastayla tartışmamalı veya yüksek sesle konuşmamalısınız, böylece tüm ofis konuşmayı duysun. Bir doktor ofisi ile uğraşırken hiç bu kadar sinirlenmemiş ve utanmamıştım. Hemşirelerin beceriksizliğini asla geçemedim, bu yüzden Dr.Su'nun kötü olduğunu söylemek adil olmazdı, ancak ofis personeli açıkça kabaydı. Randevumu iptal ettim ve çıktım.
