Korkunç hizmet. Kızımı Figures Table View'a kaydetmeye karar verdik. Kızımın artık derslere katılmamasına rağmen hesabımdan para kesmeye devam ettikleri ödeme emrini durdurabilmeleri için sözleşmeyi iptal etmemiz gerekiyordu. İlk başta, sözleşmenin iptali için 30 gün önceden haber verildiği söylendi ve ilk ödememizden sonra sözleşmeyi göndereceklerine söz verdiler, ancak bu asla alınmadı. Çok sonrasına kadar hiç kimse şikayetlerimize yanıt vermedi, ancak Rakamlardan ayrılma bildirimi verdikten aylar sonra sözleşmeyi aldı. Kesinlikle bir para kazanma planı. İptal talebimize rağmen biz konuşurken hala bizden para kesiyorlar. Kızım, derslerden ayrılmadan önce son anda yaklaşan etkinlikten çekilmeye karar vermişti.
