15 Haziran 2019'da Gill Groups dairelerine taşındım. Mülk yöneticimiz tarafından daire ile ilgili maddi sorunların taşındığımız hafta halledileceği söylendi. Bunlar: boya bitirme, kırık klozet kapaklarını değiştirme, tamir etme Menteşelerden çıkmış üç dolap kapağı ve halıdaki şampuan lekeleri. Ayrıca mülk yöneticisine AĞIR bir hamamböceği sorunu ve böcekleri çeken komşu birimin dışında oturan çöplük sorunu bildirdim. Hiçbiri ile hiç ilgilenilmedi. 3 Temmuz 2019'da dairemde zemini tamamen kaplayan bir su sızıntısı bildirdim. Süpürgeliklerin her yerinde küf/lekeler var ve zeminde çok keskin bir kokuya neden oluyor. Freon'un düşük olduğunu söyledikleri "düzeltmek" için dışarı çıkmaları 6 gün sürdü. Ayrıca klimamın dış borusunun yalıtılmamış olduğunu fark ettiler ve sabitlemek yerine "bu karmaşık" deyip yalıtımsız bıraktılar. Ünitemin dışındaki bakım görevlilerini defalarca durdurdum ve ünitenin içinden gelen sızıntıya bakmalarını istedim. Sızıntı hiç durmadı, bu yüzden 13.08.2019'da tekrar bildirdim ve birimime gelmeleri 9 gün daha sürdü. Yine 24.08.2019 tarihinde bakım görevlileri benim yanımdaki ünitede çalışıyordu. Görünüşe göre sıcak su ısıtıcısını boşaltıyorlardı ve ondan bir hortum geçirerek tahliye borusuna giden dışarıyı yönlendirdiler. Dışarıya boşaltmak yerine, benim birimime aktı. O sabah aradım ve tüm hafta sonu halımın üzerine taşan sularla oturmama izin verdiler. Hiçbir şey kalıcı olarak düzeltilmedi ve sızıntı kesintisiz. 3 yaşında bir çocuğum var bu sudan geçerken ayağı kaydı ve düştü. Bu tamamen saçma ve mülk yöneticisi ve onun "çözümleri" profesyonellikten çok uzak. Kaymaktan veya bir sızıntı nedeniyle çocuğumun kendine zarar vermesinden endişe duymadığım güvenli bir ortamda yaşamak istiyorum. Gill'i kiralık ev arayan herkese ASLA tavsiye ETMEYİN.
