Groot hospitality hakkında

Groot Hospitality, David Grutman tarafından kurulan ünlü bir başarılı girişimler topluluğudur. Groot Hospitality'nin ilk girişimlerinden biri, 2009 yılında kapılarını açan LIV idi. Fontainebleau Miami Beach otelinde bulunan LIV, kısa sürede Miami'nin en gözde gece kulüplerinden biri haline geldi. 2015 yılında Groot Hospitality, Miami'nin Brickell semtinde bulunan Asya esintili bir restoran olan Komodo ile yemek yemeye başladı. Komodo, geleneksel Çin mutfağının modern dokunuşlarla füzyonunu sunar ve Pekin ördeği ve trüf bal somonu gibi özel yemekleri ile tanınır.

OTL, 2017 yılında Groot Hospitality'nin portföyüne kahvaltı ve öğle yemeği de sunan bir kahve dükkanı konsepti olarak eklenmiştir. Miami'nin Design District semtinde bulunan OTL, krep gibi klasik favorilerin yanı sıra avokado tostu gibi sağlıklı seçenekler sunuyor.

Planta, Groot Hospitality tarafından 2018 yılında Toronto ve South Beach Miami de dahil olmak üzere Kuzey Amerika'daki lokasyonlarda bitki bazlı bir restoran konsepti olarak piyasaya sürüldü. Planta, Beyond Meat köftelerinden yapılan burgerler veya bitki bazlı malzemelerle yapılan suşi ruloları gibi klasik yemeklerin vegan versiyonlarını sunuyor.

Portföylerine en son eklenen Swan & Bar Bevy (2019), Pharrell Williams'ın Akdeniz mutfağının yanı sıra ödüllü miksologlar tarafından hazırlanmış kokteyller içeren bu büyüleyici tesisi yaratmak için David Grutman ile işbirliği yaptığı Design District'teki Palm Court'ta bulunuyor.

Groot Hospitality, hedef pazar segmentlerinde farklı demografik özelliklere hitap eden yenilikçi konseptlerle birlikte istisnai müşteri hizmetleri sunmaya yönelik sarsılmaz taahhütleri sayesinde böyle bir başarıya ulaşmayı başardı; İster gece hayatı meraklıları, ister yeni mutfak deneyimleri arayan gurmeler olsun.

Sonuç olarak Groot misafirperverliği, yenilikçi konseptleri ve olağanüstü müşteri hizmeti sağlamaya yönelik sarsılmaz taahhütleri sayesinde hem gece hayatı eğlence hem de yemek endüstrilerinde lider oyunculardan biri olarak kendini kanıtlamıştır. Ufukta devam eden genişleme planları ile Groot misafirperverliği, yol boyunca yeni standartlar belirlerken bu sektörlere hakim olmaya devam ediyor.
