RR'yi birçok kez kullanarak yatırım yaptım. Aralığın alt ucunu aldım, ancak çoğu zaman DÜŞÜK oldu ve para kaybetti. Hedgeye Risk Aralıkları güvenilmezdir.

Örneğin, altın için RR'nin alt sınırı 1320 dolardı. Satın aldım. Altının fiyatı bu noktadan sonra 1294$'a ve ardından 1283$'a düştü. RR'nin alt ucunu aldım ama para kaybetti. İşe yaramadı. Bir kayıpla durdu.
