Duyduğum tüm olumlu geri bildirimlerden sonra çocuk kampus ile gerçekten hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Çocuğumuz covid yüzünden sadece kısa bir süre katılabildi ve o zamandan beri çocuk kampus ile olan iletişim korkunçtu. Çocuk kampus ile bağlantımızı tamamlamak için birkaç soru içeren birkaç e-posta gönderdim ve yanıt alamadım. 6 hafta bekledikten sonra aramaya karar verdim ve aynı gün tekrar arayacağımdan emin oldum. Şimdi yaklaşık 4 hafta oldu ve hala bir yanıt almadım. Ne yazık ki, özellikle kreşten olmak üzere iletişime değer verdiğim için arkadaşlarıma tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer değil. Çocuk Kampus'un paramızı kabul etmekten mutlu olduğu ve artık çocuğumuz covid nedeniyle katılamadığı için hiçbir soruya cevap vermekle ilgilenmedikleri hissine kapıldık.

Kızım 6 haftalık olduğundan beri katılıyor ve bizi çok sevilen ve güvende hissettirdiler. Örneğin 1 yaşında işaret dili gibi çok şey öğrendi. Personel harika ve orada işi seviyor.
