Haziran ayında aylık telefon randevum için aradım, geri aramayı kaçırdım ve beş dakika içinde onu aradım. Asla geri aramadı, cep telefonuna haftada bir arayıp en az beş mesaj bıraktım. Ofis telefonu her zaman bir telesekretere gidiyor, her aramaya çalıştığımda doluydu, birden fazla e-posta gönderdim, o zamandan beri tek kelime duymadım. Ekim ayında ameliyat olmam gerekiyordu, birinden bir şey duymak güzel olurdu. Ulaşmanın çok zor olması, kimseye söylemeden ofisleri değiştirmeleri ve ofisini arayan diğer bayan ameliyattan iki hafta sonraydı, bana diğer tüm randevularımdaki her şeyin kopyasını almamı söyledi çünkü onlar her bir evrak işini kaybettim, sanırım onlardan pek bir şey beklememeliydim.

Alacağım bakımı önemsiyordun ve benim için sadece en iyisini istedin. Sadece en iyisinin yapacağına dair diğer göstergeler, ikinci yatağı odamdan çıkarmanız ve arkadaşlarımın ve ailemin ziyarete geldiklerinde rahat etmeleri için mobilya getirmenizdi.
Ameliyat sonrası iyileşmem inanılmazdı, bana ağrı kesici vermiş olmana rağmen hiç kullanmam gerekmedi, hiç ağrım olmadı. Ameliyattan sonraki üçüncü gün Körfez'e yürüyordum. İki hafta sonra spor salonuna girip yüzmeye başladım, ameliyattan 4 hafta sonra hafif ağırlık kaldırmaya ve eliptik bisiklet üzerinde çalışmaya başladım. Ameliyattan 85 gün sonra her gün Spor Salonuna gitmeyi dört gözle bekliyorum. Spor salonunda çok yavaş alsam da harika hissetmeme yardımcı oluyor.
Şimdi en iyi haber, sadece 1 Aralık'tan beri 85 LBS kaybetmem değil, tüm Diyabetik İlaçları bıraktım ve sabah kan şekerim 85-95. Artık uyku apnem yok ve artık Motrin'i sırt ağrısı için kullanmıyorum.
Geçen gün 39 yıl önce bana verilen bir Donanma gömleğini giydim ve en çılgın hayallerimde bunun olacağını asla düşünmedim! Bu ameliyatı yaptırmak verebileceğim en iyi karardı ve bunu size yaptırmanız bir sonraki en iyi karardı. Teşekkürler Dr. Cirangle ve personeliniz sayesinde harika hissediyorum ve yapıyorum!
