İlk başta testimde iyi gidiyordum, ana metalin ne kadar ince ne de kalın olmadığını fark ettim... ama ana metali yakmak için çok sıcak kaynak yapmayacağımı bilerek ayarlarımda hala rahattım.
Yolun yarısında, testi yapan kişi ateşimi yükseltti ve işte o zaman benim bile kötü olduğunu düşündüğüm kaynakları biriktirmeye başladım. (Mig kaynağı benim uzmanlık alanım değil ama kötü bir kaynağın nasıl göründüğünü biliyorum).
Bu yüzden teste devam ettim, ayarları değiştirmedim çünkü belki de yandıkları sıcaklık budur diye düşündüm. En çok kafamı karıştıran şey, kaynak yapılan ana metal o kadar kalın olmamasına rağmen testi yapan kişiden makinede nasıl daha sıcak bir ayarın çevrildiğiydi. Kaynaklar çeliğin neredeyse yarısını yakıyor, "batan" bir görünüm veriyor, neredeyse metali oyuyordu... artı bir sürü alt kesik. Sonra bana kaynak testini veren kişi, çok fazla undercut olduğumu söyledi (Evet, nedenini merak ediyorum) ve beni testten alıkoydu.
Fırsat için teşekkürler, ancak bir kaynak testinde başarısız olacaksam, en azından makinede çevirdiğim kaynak ayarlarından başarısız olmama izin verin....ayarlarımı 1/4" çelik için daha yüksek bir sıcaklığa değiştiren birinden değil. , orijinal ayarlarımda zaten rahat olmama rağmen Sıcaklığımı değiştiren kişi, kaynakların kötü görüneceğini bilerek mi kasıtlı olarak mı yaptı yoksa daha sıcak sıcaklıklarla nasıl başa çıktığımı görmek istediler.
