Çöp, asansöre atılır ve yere dökülür ve kimse onu temizlemiyor. Yıkayıcı ve boyacılar bir şaka. Market Street bakkalı yan tarafta ve sürekli partiler veriyor ve yatak odam onlarla bir duvarı paylaşıyordu. Bakkal da günlerce çöplerini kaldırıma bırakıyor. Ayrıca insanlar ön girişe idrar yaparlar ve tabii ki asla temizlenmez, bu yüzden her girip çıktığınızda idrarla yürürsünüz. Kiralama acentesi David Farkas hiçbir şeyden rahatsız olamaz. Sıçanlar bodrumda, her yerde pisliklerle dolu. Başka yere bak !!!
