Fabrikanın şikayetteki işlemleri, müşteriyi düpedüz hor görüyor. Müşteri hizmetleri tamamen yetersiz ve yetersiz. Şirketin hiç lojistiği yok. Mobilyaların kalitesi iyi, ancak genel olarak (aşırı) fiyatı dışında diğer üreticilerden farklı değil, şirketin operasyonları ağızda kötü bir tat bırakıyor ve bir bütün olarak acemi telaşı gibi görünüyor.
