Seviye 1 desteği nadiren sorularıma cevap verebiliyor. Seviye 2 desteği aradığım sırada neredeyse hiç mevcut değil ve beni geri aramak zorunda. Onlardan gelen geri aramalar 1 saat ile ÜÇ HAFTA arasında değişir. Seviye 3 desteği alabiliyorsanız, altındasınız demektir. Seviye 3, genellikle programcıları içermeyen herhangi bir sorunu anında çözebilir. Ancak seviye 3 desteği almadan önce seviye 1 ve seviye 2 üzerinde çalışmanız gerekir.
Programcıların gerçekten var olduğundan emin değilim. Bir hata bulursan? Evet, hata tekrar tekrar ve sürekli olarak ağınızı çökertmediği ve bundan kaçınamadığınız sürece pes edin.
