I recently joined a credit union and chose S1CU. I have mixed feelings about my experience so far. 🤔 On the positive side, their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciate the convenience of online banking and being able to access my account anytime. However, I've encountered some issues with customer service. 😕 There were times when I had to wait for a long time on hold before speaking to a representative. Also, their response to inquiries through email took longer than expected. 😞 In terms of services and rates, they are average compared to other credit unions I've researched. Overall, I would rate my experience with S1CU as average. 🙃 I hope they improve their customer service and response time in the future.
