İncelemem çocuk bakımının kalitesine dayanmıyor. Bebeğim için çocuk bakımı hakkında soru sorduğumda aldığım yanıt eksikliğine dayanıyor. Dört kez aradım ve bir buçuk hafta boyunca dört mesaj bıraktım ve Kabul'den yanıt alamadım (adı Tiffany mi?). Hatta doğrudan çocuk bakım bölümünü aradım ve tatilde mi yoksa ofis dışında mı olduğunu sordum ve görünüşe göre oradaydı. Sorularıma herhangi bir yanıt alamadığımı ve bayanın e-postamı aldığını ve bizi e-posta yoluyla bağlayacağından emin olacağını söyledim. Yine cevap yok. Hiç profesyonelce değil. O zamandan beri taşındım ve başka bir yer buldum, ama yine de hayal kırıklığına uğradım.

Çocuklarım, çocuk bakımı ve yaz kampı için Sonshine Merkezi'ne kaydolmuştu ve bakım ve programlar harika !! İncelemem, merkezdeki yöneticinin yanıtına dayanıyor. Vergi belgelerini birkaç kez talep ettim ve yanıt süresi çok yetersiz. Leann, belgelerin posta ile gönderildiğini ve posta adresimi onaylarken şehir olarak Broomfield'in bulunduğunu ve Brighton'da yaşadığımı belirtti. Özür dilemek ve ifadeyi hemen göndermek yerine, bir rahatsızlık veriyormuş gibi hareket etti ve sadece "En kısa zamanda çıkaracağım" dedi Cevap almadan önce isteğinizi birkaç kez yapmaya hazır olun !!
