Rutin 6 aylık diş temizliğim vardı ve içeri girdiğimden çıktığım ana kadar özenle tedavi edildi. SEMRHI'deki dişhekimliği personelinden her zaman iyi ve saygılı bir bakım aldım. Teşekkür ederim.

Gidecek korkunç bir yer. Şikayetiniz varsa idare çağrınıza cevap vermeyecektir. Doktordan tansiyon ilaçlarımı tekrar doldurması için yalvarmak zorunda kaldım. Sonunda 3 gün boyunca yanına almak zorunda kalmadan ve bir hafta boyunca günde 3 kez ofisini aradıktan sonra yaptı. 3 hafta önce kan testi yaptım, hala bana sonuçları vermek için hemşireden bir telefon almadım. Yönetime 2 telefon görüşmesi yaptım. İlk seferinde sesli mesaj bırakıldı ve telefonu cevaplayan hoş hanım, ikinci kez idareye bir e-posta gönderdi. Henüz aramama cevap vermediler. O zamandan beri sağlayıcıları değiştirdim ve daha mutlu olamazdım.
