Kuruluşun şeffaflık ve hesap verebilirlik konusunda güçlü bir taahhüdü vardır. SPCC Çocukları Koruma ve Bakım Derneği, kuruluşun misyon ve değerlerine uygun olarak çalışmasını sağlamaktan sorumlu bir yönetim kurulu tarafından yönetilir.
