Dr Nancy Todes-Taylor'ın tavrı ve hizmeti beni çok hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Dr Todes-Taylor'ı cilt durumu için gördüm. Yönlendiren doktorum kapsamlı bir sevk mektubu yazdı ve Dr Todes-Taylor sevk mektubumu okumaya bile zahmet etmedi. Görüşme sırasında sevk mektubuna birkaç atıfta bulundum ve neden bahsettiğimi bilmiyordu. Bana herhangi bir tedavi planı ya da durumumun ne olabileceğine dair herhangi bir öneri vermedi. Sadece bir hafta sonra onu tekrar görmemi istedi. Bir hafta sonra döndüğümde planının ne olduğunu sorduğumda sadece 'Seni tekrar göreceğim' dedi. Bir dizi uzman ve diğer dermatoloğa gittim, o kesinlikle en kötüsü. Bana tek istediği şeyin para kazanmak olduğunu ve hastalarını hiç umursamadığını hissettirdi. Ona 4 aydır kullandığım topikal kremden bahsettim, işe yaramadı ve güvenimi kaybettim. Tek söylediği 'kremi kullanmaya devam et' oldu. Daha sorumsuz bir uzman düşünemiyorum. Ona gitme, o senin zamanını ve paranı boşa harcıyor !!
