Ne yazık ki, DHCD 2020 yazında HPAP kredimi bu şirkete yeniden devretti. İlk ödemem 07/01 tarihinde yapıldı ve zamanında ödedim. Daha sonra aylık ödemelerimi şu tarihlerde ödedim: 08/05, 09/01, 10/05. Ağustos ayından beri aylık faturada 30 gün geciktiğim yazıyor. Sadece ilk ayı ödediysem nasıl mümkün olabilir? Bu yüzden ağustos ayında onları aradım ve bir fatura hatası olduğunu ve eylül faturasında çözüleceğini söylediler. Tahmin edebileceğiniz gibi Eylül ayında tekrar oldu, tekrar aradım düzeldi dediler. Ekim geldi, aynı konu ve ödememe eklediğim ek anaparadan kesilen gecikme ücretini benden aldılar. Bugün 29 Ekim'de tekrar aradım ve aynı cevabı aldım "Bunun neden olduğunu bilmiyorum ama müşteri hizmetlerinde çözemiyoruz ve sizi aktaracak başka numaram yok". Faturalama sorunlarını çözemiyorlarsa müşteri hizmetlerine sahip olmanın ne anlamı var? Bu faturalama sorunuyla ilgilenecek faturalama departmanı veya yöneticisi yok. Bu arada beni ihbar edip etmediklerini ve kredimin etkilenip etkilenmediğini bilmiyorum. Korkunç hizmetler ve hala ne yapacağımı bilmiyorum! Çok sinir bozucu.
