Yardımcıları, asistanları, tercümanları, hemşireleri ve doktorları da dahil olmak üzere her personel son derece özverili ve gerçekten özenlidir.
Maria her sabah büyükanneme bakmaya yardım ediyor. Rubal harika - çalışkan, samimi ve hastalarının her birine gerçekten değer verdiğini söyleyebilirsin. Tercümanlar, Sonal ve Alka, kendilerini ikinci kattaki hastalara adamışlardır ve büyükannemin iyileşmesi ve genel refahı için çok önemlidirler. Büyükannemin bugünkü fizyoterapisti Stephanie'ydi ve çok çalışkandı! Birkaç hafta sonra nihayet bugün büyükannemin yürüyüşünü görebildim.

Tesis düşük kaliteli bir mahallede ama bunun sizi ertelemesine izin vermeyin. Yalnız bir kadın olarak arabamı kendi arazisine park ederken kendimi güvende hissettim. Ön büro personeli çok hoş ve yararlı. Mülk ve tesis iyi korunur. Temiz ve kötü kokmuyor veya ilaç gibi değil. Güzeldi. Annem bu dünyadaki son gününe kadar orada çok iyi bakıldı. Hemşireler ve personel ona çok iyiydi. Hiç acı çekmedi, onu sevdi ve onu rahat ve temiz tuttu. İsteyebileceğimden daha fazlasını. Çevresinden çok memnun kaldım ve bu tesise tavsiye ederim.
