The tour itself was decent, but I felt like it could have been better. The guide was knowledgeable, but lacking in enthusiasm, which made the experience less enjoyable. Additionally, some of the attractions listed on the itinerary were not included in the actual tour. Overall, I would say my experience with xcesstours.ro was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and delivering what is promised.
