The customer service at Ymca Thames Gateway (South) Ltd is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. I have been a member for over a year and I am very satisfied with my experience!
The gym doesn't live up to the expectations. The equipment is not well-maintained and the staff is not very helpful. It's definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend Ymca Thames Gateway (South) Ltd.
