Dubai şubelerinde danışman olarak çalışıyorum. 6 Ekim 2016'da ülkeye giriş yaptım. Çalışma iznim 28 Eylül 2016'da verildi. Bunu 23 Kasım 2016'da yazıyorum ve hala pasaporta vize damgamı işlememişler. Pasaportumu da aynı şekilde onlara ibraz ettim ve herhangi bir kolluk görevlisinin kimliğimi göstermemi isterse gösterecek belgem yok.

Vize sorunu nedeniyle yerel maaş hesabı da oluşturulmadı.

Katılmadan önce 1000 AED tahvil tutarı istediler ve ülkeye girer girmez döneceklerini ve onlara katılacaklarını söylediler. Ayrıca ileriye dönük bilet ücretimi iade edeceklerini iddia ettiler. 48 günden fazla oldu ve parayı ne zaman iade edeceklerine dair hiçbir fikrim yok. Harcamalarımı ülkeye iner inmez iade edileceğini düşünerek planladım ama başarısız oldular. Söylemelerinin nedeni, yerel bir banka hesabım olmamasıdır (Bu benim hatam değil, geç vize damgası nedeniyle oluşturulmadı). Bana nakit / çekle çok iyi ödeme yapabilirlerdi, bu da harcamalarımı yönetmeme büyük ölçüde yardımcı olabilirdi.

Yerel banka hesabım olmadığı için ilk ay maaşımı Hindistan'daki banka hesabıma aktardılar ve işlem başarılı olmadı. Maaş için onları takip ediyordum ama kimse bunu çözmekle ilgilenmiyor. Uzun e-postalar ve yükselmelerden sonra, bu sorunu çözmek için 10 günden fazla beklemek zorunda kaldım ve parayı burada Dubai'ye geri getirmek için acı çekiyordum ve aidatlarımı ödemek çok fazlaydı.

Yine, vize meselesiyle ilgili olarak, bir sonraki maaş döngüsünün maaşı, ülkede parasız bırakılarak tekrar Hindistan hesabıma aktarılacak. Ülkeye getirdiğim yedek paranın tamamı harcandı, kiramı bir aydan fazla bir süredir geciktim.

26 Kasım 2016'da sona eren giriş vizesi beni daha da geriyor. Bir aydan fazla süredir stresteyim ve sağlığıma da zarar veriyor.

Hayatımda hiç bu kadar sorumsuz bir şirket görmedim, Penta'ya danışman olarak katılmak isteyen herkese, Karşılaşacağınız başlıca sorunlar bunlar. Tüm sorunlarımın bir an önce çözülmesi için Tanrı'ya dua etmekten başka yapacak bir şeyim yok.
