İlk taşındığımda. Dairede hamamböcekleri vardı. Yöneticiye söyledim ve o tamir ettireceğini söyledi. Yaklaşık bir hafta sonra gerçekten birileri gelip daireyi püskürttü. Ayrıca kontrol listemdeki hareketleri de verdim ve ona ünitede fanım için bir çekme ipine ihtiyacım olduğunu söyledim (bunu asla almadım) önümüzdeki altı ay boyunca buzdolabı çalışmayı bıraktı. Yeni bir tane istemek zorunda kaldım (hiç almadım!) Mutfaktaki lavabo her zaman tıkanıyordu. Hamamböcekleri çoğaldı ve temizlik çabalarıma rağmen her yerde sürünüyorlardı. Bazı komşularla konuştum ve hamamböceklerinin temelde daireler arasında ileri geri bombalandığını söylediler. Uç ünitelerin gücü yoktu ve sürekli kısa devre nedeniyle uzatma kablolarını çalıştırıyordu.

Ev sahibi ya da mülk yöneticisi aslında güzeldi. Bir şey yapmak için kıçının altında bir ateş yakılması gerekiyordu. Ofis, normal çalışma saatlerinde hiçbir zaman açık değildi ve yine de gecikme ücreti talep etme cüretine sahipti. Dairemde yaklaşık 3 ay boyunca sıcak suyum yoktu ve tek söyleyebildikleri, üzerinde çalıştıklarıydı! Çok şükür bir otelde çalışıyorum. Yaptıkları hiçbir şey için bir kez bile özür dilemediler (ya da daha iyisi, yapmadım!)
